At our AGM last week, there was a surprising extraordinary charge voted in the amount of 9.000,00 euros (nine thousand ) for each property owner. The monthly community fees are about 230 euros. I read somewhere that a maximum of three months community fees applies on extraordinary fees? Some owners refuse to pay, what is the solution. Can a vote be reversed at a subsequent meeting?
