I was disappointed to receive this in the newsletter. I expected some "little known" sensible tips for increasing enquiries, but received a big advertising push for one web based holiday advertising company. Quite a large file size as well, so for someone like me on a capped connection, I would have preferred not to have watched 17 minutes of advert.

The "tips" I gave in the video are very real. There is very little competition in those techniques. You obviously were aware of them but judging from the feedback we received it was new information for most people.

Holiday Lettings is a brilliant website. I cannot praise them enough, particularly from an online marketing perspective. Their SEO techniques are totally up-to-date and one can learn a lot by studying what they do, hence the video!

I agree with Mark. I think ultimately you run the risk of losing your readers by attempting to promote a another business ie uk lettings by 'stealth'. I expect you have joint ventured with them so my opimion is that it is better to come clean and just up front reccomend them.
