Here at Eye on Spain we are constantly being sent details of true bargain/ distressed/ below-market-value properties that are coming onto the market...whatever people wish to call them!
These are very often new properties which either the developer, the banks or investors are trying to offload. There are some really
good deals out there for anyone looking to buy now.
We normally take a look and then just delete these emails that we receive as we are not agents and do not sell propert ourselves.
