Valle de Enix development in Almeria [ built by Grupo location]

This development uis due for completion in 2008. Anyone know anything about it or the company?. They are also building at lemon tree island in Zurgena.

That way people can see where you are from in the UK and where you are buying in Spain.

(There are people who would not know where Almeria is in Spain, Costa Del Sol, Costa Blanca, Costa Brava, Costa Calida etc.,!)

grupo location were also building los llanos del peral, not far from lemon tree island. completion date for los llanos is july 2007.
since the building licence was withdrawn in july 2006 i have not been able to contact anyone at grupo or the builders offices (new medina villa s.l.)
nmv also failed to issue a bank guarantee. the 'client account' appears to have been the builders back pocket.
the current pgou limits zurgena to 29 new builds a year.
if you've bought at valle de enix i hope you didn't use parador or the highly recommended aldea advisors.
