property management company wanted

hi,   can any property management/ holiday rental company/ get in touch please?

i have a very spacious terrace town house in playa flamenca which i want to rent out for either holiday or long term rental, its ten min walk to the beach and two mins walk to playa flamenca commercial centre, its in a great location for golf holidays ect. i need a full property management company that will do the lot as i live in the uk and cannot . im desperate to find someone, so please get in touch asap. thankyou

Can anyone please tell me how the propery management company works? If the property is vacant for some months in a year, does the onwer has to pay fees to the property management company?

I assume that when the property is rented out, the owner has to pay a certain percentage of the fees to the management company. Is this assumption correct?
