Low rate spanish mortgages.com

Does anybody have any dealings with this company? They advertise 1.9% mortgages and no fees.   You know the saying 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is',  so just want to see iif it's worth pursuing.  I wasn't too impressed with the website, so thought I'd like to check them out with any first hand accounts.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

It looks like they are dealing in multicurrency mortgages.  These can be quite costly and do have some risk attached.  They are not really for everyone and so you really should know your stuff before taking up this option.

HBOS offer an interest only mortgage for Euribor + 1.4% for 5 years then converts to repayment. It works out around 1.8% at the moment. There's a fee of 1%. There's always a fee otherwise it's not worth anybody advertising or promoting it.
