HBOS offer an interest only mortgage for Euribor + 1.4% for 5 years then converts to repayment. It works out around 1.8% at the moment. There's a fee of 1%. There's always a fee otherwise it's not worth anybody advertising or promoting it.

Buy when you can afford it. Buy from an established source and avoid risks. Don't buy for investment unless you are an investor. Buy for lifestyle and buy what you can afford. Buy before you die and get on with the life you want.  THEN you can enjoy your property in Spain for the right reasons for years to come and not give a damn whether prices are up, down or sideways.

I see they are offering £0.99 flights to the end of October but nothing after that. A lot of the airlines are consolidating their flights or at least delaying their schedule releases. Hopefully the opening of Corvera airport in Murcia in the next year or so will help as it's lower cost for the budget airlines.
