Interest Only Mortgages

Over the past 12 months ive been negotiating to buy a property at Hacienda San Cayetano. I was informed from my contacts in Spain that  my mortgage had been approved.(Two years initial interest only).This week it was cancelled well not quite they offered me five grand less and withdrew the two years int only. I still really want the property but need the two years int only to build up a clientel. The offer was from Bankinter, is anyone on here privvy to any establishments offering int only mortgages. Sorry if this post sounds a bit hit and miss but not posted b4   Thanks for reading this all   Glenn

It seems Halifax offers 5 years interest only mortgages.
