Wanted long term rental

We are looking for a long term rental, Early retired couple, and a very well behaved older dog. I've looked on EOS rentals, no joy. Max budget 450 epm. essential 2  beds, small garden area, parking, pref. off road for a transit van. Within around an hour and a half's drive of Gibraltar. Can anyone help?
