Thanks very much to both of you for all the time you dedicated to us as we were trying to get a mortgage last year.

We have been on a very long journey in trying to secure the Builder's mortgage.

We eventually completed only a few weeks ago, 8 months after getting the mortgage offer.

Sharon was soooo helpful even though we were not getting a mortgage from her  and often emailed us just to see how things were going and offer assistance and Smiley really knows his stuff and gave us lots of helpful and invaluable advice as well.

We have just returned from setting up the apartment and it looks fantastic.  We are now looking forward to enjoying some time there and can't wait to return at Spring Bank holiday.

Isn't it great that we have such helpful people on EOS eh!?

Having professional people so willing to give their time and advice for free is an invaluable assett to this forum

There are Lawyers, Estate Agents, Mortgage Advisors, etc., etc.,

Each and everyone of them give their time and advice frrely and willingly..............

Congratulations on your completion, it is a really exciting time - it is just fantastic to have someone with a happy news story - it feels like ages since anyone posted anything except problems with developers/agents/lawyers etc,..
