holiday rental contract

If I am renting my apartment for 2 week holiday rentals do I need any type of contract with the renter? or will a usual terms and conditions form be O.K. stating dates and rental price etc

Hi Jayce,
We strongly advise using a booking contract - this should be signed by both parties. I don't know if you advertise with any agency, but if you advertise with the one I work for (link below) we can send you a sample one to adapt for your own purposes.
