Fortuna Golf Gardens, Murcia

Completion of this development is now six months delayed.  Has anyone else bought off-plan in this development who wants their deposit back?  Could we join forces?

Developer is San Antonio.

Did they give to you the legally required Bank Guarantee? What stage is the building  process now?

Hi there

I bought a property at Fortuna Golf also.

The developer ( San Antino or Promiciciones Eurohouse 2010) never issued a Bank Guarantee to me.

They requested that the deposit & 30% monies be transferred to Plus Advisors, who then passed the monies on to OLE International - the developers agent.  I have proof of this.

They currently state that they never received fully the monies transferred to OLE International only part of the monies.  OLE International are being totally unhelpful, and in fact told my Solicitors to tak to their Solicitors.

My Solicitors have started a criminal case to obtain the necessary documents - any advice you have would be most helpful.

Is it the Fortuna Hills Golf resort that you are talking about?

If so there is a community forum for this development.

I live at Las Kalendas on the N side of Fortuna and pass the 'Golf Resort' most days. There is little if any sign of work being done there!
