Dijit:

You could sign a rental contract ( submitted to arbitration, no Courts) with an option to buy.

Why would I want to do this? If I find the right house I'm happy to buy it.

Correct.  The possibility I am mentioning is justin case you want to keep looking for different options, you will have your rights to but in the future but still will have freedom to finally buy another one, who might be better or just... cheaper ( how will market be in the following months?).

That is of course, the perfect model for people who needs financing, which I know, it is not your case.

Am happy to consider any option. I'm ruling nothing out.

Hi Maria,
If you have a minute to reply I would be grateful for some advice/guidance on the following:

As a long-term tennant I have always been offered and happy with, a 'Temporada' (the 11 month contract).
I heard on the grapevine that this is to change in 2009.
Do you have any news (good or bad) about this?

Many thanks,
Susan
