Never on time! Here's why

 I've finally worked out why no one ever turns up on time. It's the why they tell it!
If I said ' meet you at un quart de tres', or my favourite, 'tres quarts i cinc de cinc', what time would you be there?
No cheeting wth the phrase book please, assuming you have one in Catalan!

Sorry Febe, we don't speak Catalan down here, but in Andalucia people don't turn up on time because they can't be bothered and don't give a toss.
