Hi

we have recently been to spain on a viewing trip. we originally were looking at almeria for a resale but when we got there there was nothing we really liked and the area was not quite right for what we wanted. so we were took to murcia and we loved it found a brilliant house which is a new build and we will hopefully be in by the end of the year. we went through medsea and they were brilliant and were very helpful we were told everything we need to know.

If I can say one thing, no matter how good the agents were do not use the solicitor and financial adviser (if needed) that they recommend. Many, including me, have learnt this piece of information after the fact and regretted not knowing it before starting off!!
