can any one help me .We bought offplan villa called benisol villas in Relleu costablanca with agents Palmera properties . We paid 30,ooo euros deposite in 2004 and still waiting for it to start building.Is any one having the same problems with this build cheers

Hi Tonden ask for your money back now as Palmera properties are complete waste of time,they shut there office in Alicante and ran back to tenalmadena thinking they could get away with leaving everyone on the costa blanca in the s..t and gat away with it There is an action group (the costa del sol action group) you can join they are taken them to court for lots of clients.What ever you do Do Not Use Palmeras Lawyers.Pat.

Hi Tonden
I can only re-iterate what Pat has said. We were very lucky as we bought through Palmera and everything went o.k. however we have friends in a similar situation to yourselves,also having bought through Palmera and paid a 30,000 pounds sterling deposit against a property in Almeria which will not be built.
They are now seeking independant legal advice (which you might want to do also!)with a hope of recouping at least some of their money.
