300 Euro Monthly Community Charge!

Hi Guys, after a few months of email and phone conversations with Cornelius at Lorca Golf and Fernando at Martinez Eschevarria I have today received my refund - the 15% I had paid plus legal interest.  I can't tell you how relieved I am!   I would have to say that Cor has been helpful throughout.  Obviously he tried to persuade me to stay the course, but my original completion date was December '07 and to the best of my knowledge the building licence still hasn't been granted.  I decided to send weekly emails to the lawyers, so they couldn't forget about me, and it seems to have worked.  In the final weeks Fernando has been very good about sending me updates.

Good luck to everyone who is still trying to get their money back.  I know I'm one of the lucky ones.

I am so glad for you and regarding having good correspondence with your lawyer..... that is what it will have to happen at the end... good customers´ care and first attention to clients.
