Shop needed to rent in Fuingarola?

Hi all

Can anyone help with any of the following.

It is very easy to find agents to purchase or rent apartments etc. But how, and who do you contact to source shops to rent ?

Also is it common to rent  short term or on long leases like in the u.k ?

Any help or website recomendations would be much apreciated.

Tends to be a leasehold and you pay a sum up front and then a monthly rental. The rent will depend on size, location and what you are planning to do with it as you will need licenses etc.

Try a google search or go to Fuengirola and drive around - you will see plenty available.
