Not a bad place. It belongs to the municipality of San Roque. I personally do not like the style of those places in Spain, with lots of hiper-wealthy people around but the huge average of spaniards would love for sure to have a estate there. A know families, english, and Irish that they have established here as the prices are better that in Sotogrande. You can find local spanish schools in the Manilva area and the Internatial school of Sotogrande is still very close. Let me know if you need anymore help as I am a local.
