Well,
Just a little bit of happy news for you all. The market is certainly getting better over here. Had a couple in today that have bought in Spain a while ago and looking to downsize to a base over here so they can spend more time over there. I asked where and they are not far from our place, small world.

I had a couple of Cardiff Estate Agents in this afternoon candyfloss. They are looking to buy in the next few months. I didn´t get the name of the company but they were in their mid 50`s man and wife, with an independant business that also does rentals. They said the market there was pretty steady at present. I asked if they wanted to swap businesses but they said NO!
