You will find that with the sheer volume of posts on this forum, the details of your property will very soon "disappear".

Thank you. I've looked on the link and shall certainly take your advice, but I need photographs of my property first.
I hadn't intended renting it out, but my daughter and her family have just moved to Mijas and they want me to go with them - glorified babysitter!!
I shall be with them indefinitely so it makes sense to rent out my house rather than just having it stay empty.
I rent out my UK home without too much hassle so I think I know what I'm letting myself in for
