Hi All....

I'm considering purchasing a property with Polaris World but since I'm new to this whole thing I'm looking for some opinions & to tap into the wealth of knowledge on this forum!!

My main question is on the med/long term prospects for the Murcia property market....does this area represent good long term growth? Does anyone have any idea how much the market has grown in last 3-5 yrs?

Hi Ray

We purchaaed a 2 Bed detached property , off plan, at Sierra Golf nr Balsicas, Murcia in June 2004 for 152000  euros.  New properties on the developement have recently been sold for£186.000 euros. However  someone who has applied for a mortgage for the same type of property we purchased has been told by their bank that the property has been valued at 220.000.
