evicting tenant

 Hi My name is Michael Harris i have an appartment on Angel De Miraflores. I am having a problem with my tenant, he has not paid rent for six months and his contract has finished but he is still in the property. Can anyone advise me on this situation as i live in the uk money is short so as a last resort getting a solicitor is more expence that i dont have. I dont know my rights in this situation but i am sure lots of people have had this problem is there anyone that has a solution to my problem i wuold be very gratefull.
