Hello looking for advice on suma, I have a house in alicante region,8 months ago the house was robbed of all electrics including sockets, cables, ibadrola meter as well as water pipes pumps etc rendering the property uninhabital do I still have to pay suma and ibadrola standing order any advice welcome thank you, John

You can contact Suma via there web site, it can be translated into English should you need it. I'm sure if you don't pay your bills, then debt will be incurred against your property and should, in the future you wish to sell it, these debts will come to light and will have to be settled at some point. So best to contact both companies and see what they say.
