Almanzora Country Club

Hi all,

I have been trying to get money back from Huma Mediteraneo since 2006. I am now persuing the bank directly. My freind who has also bought on Almanzora was told in feb this year that Huma were going to start again in March April. Has anyone else heard this ?.

I believe that you are taking the right (only) course of action - in going for the bank.

Its been a long time since I was here and In responce to what I heard, all I can say is....For God sake are HUMA still at that shit....spouting the same crap....Any day now, it will be built, or we will be rebuilding....6 years ago they were at that shit and they're still at it....It took me 7 years to get my money back....They were at it then.....Theyre still at it....Wake up....It will never be built...The developers, council officials and the rest of them are in prison.....wake up....They took the money and ran....The only way now is to hit the banks.

how long it took your lawyer to achieve this.

I have been trying to get my money back since 2007,

through solicitors in Spain.

They said yesterday that they are localizing the goods & property of the developer !

It is all dragging on.

Your solicitor whoever it may be is having you on...the developer Huma has NO goods OR property that are not either mortgaged or embargoed.

Your solicitor can establish this in 3 months never mind 5 years.
