Builder for fencing needed in Riviera del Sol, Mijas-Costa

Hiya
I'm trying to find a reliable builder who can mend a heavy chain link fence which blew over during the recent winds. Allegedly it needs new blocks and cement, but some of the quotes that we've had so far are ridiculous. Does anyone have any recommendations please?
