Better late than never - Eye on Spain

My name is Mark and I currently live in Leeds.5 years ago my Wife, Son and I holidayed in Benidorm and hated it. We visited some of the outlying areas (about 20km from the centre) and enjoyed the little villages and decided to buy. To cut a long story short, it was put on the back burner until a month or so ago when we decided to go for it again. We are now looking to the Murcia region initially to buy a holiday property and get our feet on the ladder. Once my Son has left school in 5 years time, we intend to move out totally. We are going on an inspection trip mid July, a bit apprehensive from what has been read elsewhere, but I am sure we will survive :) Will be keeping a cloe eye on a couple of the forums that I have found. We spend a lot of time in Los Alcazares when we are over in San Javier, just up the road from you. Agree with you Los Alcazares is lovely.
