How long to swap UK licence for Spanish one?

Just to let you all know how different Trafico offices work,we got our licence last year in Cartagena, The place was packed out, it took 40 mins from entering the building, we didn't have to have a medical as we just exchanged our in date UK licecne for a Spanish one, we got a temp paper copy & our licences came within 3 weeks. On 2nd November my hubby had his wallet stolen, so off back to Cartegena with the denuncia we went This time it took 50 mins but yesterday his replecement licence came so again 3 weeks.

One eye.
I have a problem with one eye. I asked when I had my test if that would affect my approval certificate.
Providing you can see OK with one eye you pass the test.
