anyone bought / moving to San Miguel de Salinas (Angelina apartments)?

In Spain at the moment there is estimated to be 1.5m empty properties waiting for a buyer. Most are being sold at cost price. Why would you limit yourself to one place given that choice and availability?
In fact why buy a property in Spain at all? All it does is lock you in to high overheads, taxes and a headache. Consider the alternatives first. Being a property owner in these times is not the holy grail of achievement.
