I say again because I already have a post on these classified Ads titled ( If You Are Looking For A Bargain Then Look No Further! ) because I am trying to sell my Luxury Apartment.

I am willing to rent it out for a 1 year period to the right person. But before you apply let me point out that it will only be available to suitable applicants, by this I mean it’s not going to suit clients that are noisy, party goers and generally rowdy people.

That’s because the community is one of respect for one another’s peace and tranquility.

So if you’re just looking to party all night long, play loud music from 11.00pm till 05.00 pm it’s not going to be for you!

If however you are not at all like this and like the thought of actually being able to sleep at nght and communicate with your neighbors in a secure environment and are family orientated then please get in touch with me and we can discuss terms.
