ILLEGALLY HOUSES IN SPAIN

 WHEN A EXPAT FROM BRITAIN.GERMANY.FRANCE.SWEDEN HOLLAND IRELAND COME OVER TO SPAIN TO BUY A HOUSE ..FIRST HE WOULD NEVER BUY A ILLEGAL PROPERTY .WOULD NOT RISK HIS HARD EARNED MONEY,HE FIRST GOES TO A ESTATE AGENT AS HE IS TOLD TO DO.THEN A SPANISH SOLICITOR(ABOGADO)WHO SHOWS HIM THE PROPERTY DEEDS.AND PUTS IN THE NAME OF THE NEW BUYER.INTO THE PROPERTY DEEDS.THEN THE PROPERTY DEEDS GOES TO THE NOTARY WHO SENDS THEM TO THE LAND REGISTRY.THE LAND REGISTRY CHECKS THE PROPERTY OUT WITH THE LOCAL COUNCIL.IF THERE IS NOTHING FOUND ILLEGAL, OR WRONG,THE LAND REGISTRY SENDS THE PROPERTY DEEDS BACK TO THE NOTARY.WHO TELLS THE NEWBUYER TO COME INTO HIS OFFICE ,TO SEE THE NOTARY STAMP THE PROPERTY DEEDS, MAKING THE HOUSE HIS LEGALLY.THEN THE BUYER PAYS THE NOTARY FOR THE HOUSE AND THE WORK DONE BY THE SOLICITOR AND NOTARY, THE NOTARY THEN TELLS THE BUYER THE HOUSE IS FULLY LEGAL AND GIVES THE BUYER A DATE TO MOVE IN,S THIS ALL CORRECT.AND RIGHT,WHICH THE SPANISH LAW LAYS DOWN TO MAKE A SPANISH PROPERTY FULLY LEGAL

BUT WHEN THE BUYER MOVES IN TO HIS NEW PROPERTY,WHICH HE HAS PAID FOR,HE FINDS THE HOUSE HAS NO MAINS WATER ,SO HE GOES TO THE LOCAL COUNCIL, WHO TELL HIM HIS HOUSE IS ILLEGAL.HE WILL NEVER HAVE MAINS WATER CONNECTED,HE TELLS THE LOCAL COUNCIL THAT THE HOUSE HE JUST BOUGHT,HAS BEEN PASSED BY A SPANISH SOLICITORS,WHO SIGNED THE PROPERTY DEEDS,THE NOTARY WHO HAS STAMPED THE PROPERTY DEEDS,THE LAND REGISTRY WHO CHECKED OVER THE LAND THE HOUSE WAS BIULT ON.AND ANY OTHER PROBLEN THE HOUSE MIGHT HAVE,AND WE  THOUGHT THE LOCAL COUNCIL.THE COUNCIL MAN LAUGHS AND SAID NEVER EVER BELIEVE A SPANISH SOLICITOR OR NOTARY, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE COME IN TO SEE THE LOCAL COUNCIL FIRST.

NOW THIS IS EFFECTING MORE THEN A MILLION PEOPLE FROM BRITAIN,GERMANY.FRANCE.SWEDEN HOLLAND IRELAND.WHO HAVE BOUGHT THESE PROPERTIES TRUSTING THE SPANISH LAW.

THEY ALL HAVE REPORTED THIS CORRUPTION TO THE EUROPEAN PARLIMENT, WHERE THE MEPS FOR THE ABOVE COUNTRIES HAVE BEEN LOOKING INTO THIS CORRUPTION,WHICH THE MEPS CALL THE SCAM.FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW,

LAST WEEK IN BRUSSELS THEY CALLED FOR A END TO THIS CORRUPTION.EITHER GIVE BACK ALL THE MONEY THE BUYERS PAID FOR THEIR PROPERTIES WITH THE LAWYERS FEES.AND A LARGE COMPENSATION.OR MAKE ALL THESE PROPERTIES WHICH HAVE BEEN SIGNED AND STAMPED BY THE SPANISH LAW,,BECOME FULLY LEGAL.

AND MAINS WATER MUST BE CONNECTED .BY THE COUNCIL,AND EACH MONTH THIS MAINS WATER IF NOT CONNECT A COMPENSATION FROM THE COUNCIL OF 4000 EUROS PER MONTH.UNTIL IT IS CONNECTED

THE MEPS FROM ALL THESE COUNTRIES SAID THEY CANNOT GIVE UP .LAW MUST BE SEEN TO BE DONE.BY ALL THE EU CITIZANES,THIS IS WHAT BEING A MEMBER OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIMENT IS ALL ABOUT,IF WE ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN THEN THE EU IS NOT LAWFUL

YOU CAN GO TO MARTA ANDREASEN OFFICE @ EUROPARL.EUROPA.EU--OR ANY OF THE ABOVE COUNTRIES MEPS.FOR MORE ANSWERS.TO THIS VERY BAD PROBLEM IN SPAIN.

Hi, welcome. I don't think there's one member here who doesn't know all of that if they've been sold an illegal property, Bob. A huge proportion of threads relate to this if you search 'illegal' on the forum.

We all prefer lower case please, easier to read, thanks!
