Information on El Raso, Guardamar Costa Blanca

I am thinking of buying a property on the El Raso urbanisation in Guardamar, Costa Blanca, and was wondering if anyone could give me some information on the area, I notice it has a salt lake nearby and wondered if there was a big problems with the mosquitoes, I also noticed in September when I was there that there was quite a few flies and wasps in that area, is that just seasonal or a problem year round. I loved the area apart from that! Would be really grateful for any information. Thanks Carol
