I find it disappointing that the fly tipping on the land just before the bridge to Roda Golf seems to be getting worse.  Does anyone else have a problem with this and any suggestions on how it can be removed/tidied up.  I am actually surprised that Calidona haven't done something about it as it seems to me to spoil the approach to Roda.

We were at Roda over May bank holiday and it looks as if people have been fly tipping again over the area which was originally cleared.  Looks a mess and gives a bad first impression of Roda.

We were over at the weekend and I agree that area looks dreadful.  There were however some large commercial skips and a little chap there trying to sort it.  Perhaps a fence and gates might be hte answer.  I also think the road from the roundabout to Roda Golf (over the motorway) could do with some landscaping - perhaps Roda Golf should look at this as it is the approach to the Resort.  Roda landscaping is simply stunning - I can still smell the lavender!

Have mentioned this amongst other issues to Ana in Customer Services whilst I am here and their only comment is that Roda cannot be responsible for land outside their control and therfore can do nothing.

I do agree it sets a bad example and maybe Roda will eventually realise they need to have at least a say in what is happening off site in order to make selling easier.

Commercialism is not a normal Spanish trait as they have had it very easy for so long so long when it comes to selling.

Things may soon have to change

We returned from an enjoyable week at Roda a few days ago,   the amount of rubbish on that site has grown by 50% since we were last over.   There is also a couple of large steel skips?   Anybody know for sure if this is a fly tipping site?  Or is the owner of the land making a small business here.    It might be an idea if a number of us started writing letters of complaint to the relevant authority.   Would any of you have a name or address of effective organisations we can complain  at?        There is a lot of spare land on that site and now would be a good time to try and roll this rubbish tip back.
