150 subsidies for an amount of €300 granted to retired and pensioners registered to be living in Torrevieja

Has everyone fro Phase 1 had their call to the next meeting of the Community,  we received ours by email today with all the proposed budgets costs etc and proposals for next year.

thanks for the information - on other threads (Al Andalus) - owners are talking about passing their voting rights onto some attending by proxy so that they maintain a "UK perspective" on proposals etc - any idea how this is done, and assuming that you are attending, do you want additional voting rights........ I can't make it but you are welcome to mine.

WE TOO ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE MEETING WE HAD ALREADY BOOKED FOR EASTER SUNDAY AND COULDNT GET OUT EARLIER

WE AGREE THAT A BRITISH INPUT IS IMPORTANT TO THE MEETING AND HAVE GIVEN OUR VOTE TO AN ENGLISH RESIDENT ON THE COMPLEX,  THERE IS A FORM THAT WAS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE INVITATION TO THE MEETING, THIS NEEDS TO BE HANDED IN (SIGNED) BY YOUR REP PRIOR TO THE MEETING

WE WERE OUT LAST WEEKEND AND HANDED OUR FORM OVER TO HER THEN

I WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH HER CONTACT DETAILS?

We received the requested translation of the "call to the Community by email in ENGLISH shortly after we had sent out copies of the spanish documentation.  We have also now had ours in the post.

IF YOU DID NOT GET YOUR COPY BY EMAIL THEN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS HAS BEEN TYPED IN WRONG BY EITHER KEY MARE OR THE COMMUNITAS

I have a copy of all email addresses on my documentation if you want to check if yours is incorrect?

By the Way if you are not planning to go to the meeting and want to express your views or possibly  help vote in an English VP for the committee (an english and spanish representative would be nice)   you must pass your vote to someone going.  If you know no one - may.christie@hotmail.com who llives on Pueblo Salinas  will be happy to take yours on board and is also  wanting  to stand for election and of course will need votes!
