Just been out for the weekend to get some jobs out of the way before we go back out at the end of March. The weather was great in the day but cool in the evening. We even had to have the heating on in the apartment.
A friend of ours has an apartment on Thalassa and when he was out in November and visited our Apartment to give it an airing, he noticed the Hot & Cold water connections to the sink in the main bathroom had been disconnected. We have had many "snagging" problems but this was NOT one of them! When we arrived last Friday it was still the same and we were unable to use the sink. Someone has disconnected it but never bothered to re-connect it!
We still have many issues with the tiling/grouting. Has anyone else had this problem? We have reported this twice and still nothing has been done.
Initially we had a problem with water pouring from the bottom of the shower base. This was resolved very quickly but we now have a massive damp patch on our bathroom ceiling, which makes us think the upstairs apartment has had a similar problem.
Does anyone have an e-mail address for someone who will action these problems? We have repeatedly tried customer service but never had a response.
