Storage space or garden for rent????

hi all i have managed to upload some new photos, could only send one or two at a time, wouidnt let me put the six on at a time as suggested,

photos dated 11, 12, 13 jan, however i forgot to change the date on photo no 41714, should read 12 jan 08, first time i have tried uploading but think i have managed to get the hang of it now.

Thank you icspain for the photos.  Looks as though everythings coming on great .  I think someone said that both Phase I and Phase II are being constructed together.  Do you know whether the photographs you took are of both phases or either one.

I second Anitas' thanks icspain. Great to see so many new photos uploaded. 1 photo says so much more than words. A friend of mine who has an apartment in Los Alcazares took his wife up to see the Corvera site just for a day trip a couple of weeks ago. She's now nagging him to buy an apartment there, although I don't think he will !

 Judging by the latest photos ,Corvera could well be completed before Roda Golf !!!!! as construction has come to a standstill apart from a few front line villas on Phase 3 , have you pinched all our builders?? if any of you guys are thinking of going over for a nosey, we rent our apt out on Roda Golf , we have a fair few bookings this summer but still a few spare weeks available , pm us for details.

 Would like to be ready for the pain, so what can I expect and when.

just been on the calidonia website to veiw the arial photos, they seem to have deleted all the previous shots of the development, only the latest left, seems a bit odd, all previous foundation pictures deleted.  ?  any thoughts

I also view the deletion of the earlier aerial photos with suspicion!  l wonder if it is because of the potential problem they face should they not meet the May 2009 completion deadline, after all the photos did have the date on which would prove when they started the excavations for the foundations. Hopefully by now members of this forum are aware that is when the 18 month completion period began, not on the issuing of the final build licence as the developer would have us believe. Fortunately l downloaded the film and photos as l have become very suspicious of the way Calidona operate, especially their total disregard for the fact that we as buyers of their product need information, whether, as l have said before, it's positive or negative. I think l'll contact MRI and my recommended lawyer and ask them to obtain hard copies for me, l wonder what their response will be!!

i also saved copies but when i tried to open them they had gone. ? if your copies are still intact could you e mail a copy of the foundations to me through our private pm system. thanks

Just been in touch with our 'independant' lawyer - yes we all know who we mean.

Asked about the 18 month completion clause; his reply was that it is 18 months from the building licence which is dated  April 10th (not on my nelly!!!)

He stated completion was to be 'summer' 2009 - not very specific......

If anybody has saved those foundation shots keep tight hold of them we may be calling you! Just as a matter of interest is it a LEGAL FACT that building is seen to have started once the foundations have been laid, regardless of the issue of the building licence.

Steve, be a devil and ask your 'independant ' lawyer about the photos

Hi Gina, well done!!!! l too like dave thought l had saved them but in fact only saved the video clip of the showhouse.

Call me suspicious but l find that l'm becoming more and more concerned about everything that Calidona and their merry band of agents and lawyers put out about Corvera. All of their track records with regard to 'real' information leave a lot to be desired.

l will post the replies l get from all of them with regard to my request for copies of the photos, although it's good to know that we have a safety net due to your forward thinking.
