I can see the point of providing all the advertised facilities, but for the people on the first phase of the development wanting to get a refund would they still be able to use this argument in a law case?

Would a judge not just say it is normal for the facilities to be built in stages over the course of the different phases.

Never seen anything about Ts & Cs on the forum so I'd like to take views on this from both sides on the contract if we have enough members who are buyers please:

1. Has anyone had to cancel a purchase and felt really "stung" by cancellation charges
2. what do developers think is a reasonable cancellation charge (a fixed amount or a percentage (what %)
3. what do buyers think is a reasonable cancellation charge (a fixed amount or a percentage (what %)
4. do developers ever take a sympathetic view and NOT enforce cancellation charges
5. Have any potential buyers been "put off" by unreasonable cancellation terms


You get the idea any comments around this subject appreciated.

Hi All,

I have bought off plan in murcia originally just as an investment to sell on before completion but have decided to keep it and rent it out, to do this i have to get my Dad to go in with me on just on the morgage to make the figures work.

Does anyone know if both names have to be on the title deeds and do we both need NIE numbers?
