BANKS THAT DEAL WITH BANK REPOSSESSIONS

Happy New Year

Can anyone tell me which banks I may of registered with for Terrazas De La Torre?

Being a total novice I didnt realise that when you registered you then had to keep in contact with that bank and agent.

Im now trying to arrrange some viewings for next week with agents and I cant do this as I cant remember which banks I regiestered with - the on ly email thread I can find in my email is Solvia?

Any advice on how to proceed would be gratefully recieved.

If the same properties are for sale with a agent,that deals with a bank that is selling the property you fancy, DEAL with the agent let them do the running around they get paid from the bank (not as much as they get from selling your normal punters property)  some agents don't like dealing with the bank properties for this reason. Solvia can take days in answering your question, they will want you more than likely get the loan for the property with them, the fees they charge for this are high, if you can get the money from the Uk if you are from the uk bring the money with you, with rate at the moment around 136 to the ££££ it s a good time time to buy. And make sure the same property you fancy is not cheaper elsewhere. Do your homework. Good luck.
