Block 271

Well we are finally knitting out our new pad (getting down with the kids 😎) and after much cleaning, purchasing more cleaning and organising we decided on a well earned rest and took a small picnic to the roof terrace to enjoy the sun and also to see where and how our air conditioning had been fitted.  Well Climazone were recommended to us by Jim and Pat who are at the other end of the landing and anyone else needing a recommendation we would happily second them.

we also had a look round to see if there was an area big enough to have a 'sun go down' get together or a full on barbecue with the neighbours - a suggestion made during a conversation with Duncan while we were trying to figure out a way of having a communial area which is sadly lacking apart from the golf clubhouse.  Any suggestions?

while we were being nosey we discovered an area of rendering by the air conditioning units on the side closest to the building under construction which appears to have been smashed through exposing the building bricks etc.  Little concerned that this could eventually affect the apartments below.  Anyone know what's going on there?

Hope the weather is much better than here in the UK, but to be honest it couldn't possibly be worse.

Would really be interested in exploring further the use of one of the commercial units as a community space. The latest community newsletter seems to indicate that we are an expanding community which may be able to support this in the near future. I've started a topic on this on the private forum.

Exciting times at Las Terrazas, can't wait for my next visit.

unfortunately no, as much as we would love to we have family here and Christmas is all about family.  We are back early next year though and Steve is constantly on the hunt for flights so hopefully our paths will cross soon.
