Hi I am looking for a long term rental from Feb/Mar 2016 for 11months to start, it for 2 people non smokers no pets, your property will be well looked after i know the resort well i have just sold up on another polaris world resort , please in box me prices & details of the property.

Hi, we could potentially be interested in letting to you. We have a nicely furnished 2 bed penthouse style in Phase 2 on the resort. 1st floor so it benefits from front and back balcony, the front gets fab sunsets. The apartment is furnished in contemporary style, with new furniture and includes fold up bikes, wooden sun loungers, hd tv system as well as pool loungers and even a dinghy! We have been considering selling as we are just not using the place enough due to work commitments, but absolutely love it, this could work for us. Hello ,we have also have a 2 bed penthouse situated on phase 12 according to the plans on Google.

Its in block 292 on the 2nd floor overlooking the 13th Tee and fairway with fantastic views of fat head mountain where the sun comes up in the morning and views out to the Mar Menor and La manga.

Its furnished to a functional standard with sofas ,beds,plates cutlery etc.
