we are coming out next week to view potential 2 bed ground floor appts , just wondered if anyone had one for sale , we are cash buyers ready to go solicitors in place etc,

There are still a large number of ground floor end apartments available from the banks on Phase 1. Most of the larger centre ground properties have gone. Have you contacted any of the estate agents?

Are you looking at Phase 1, Phase 2 or La Islas?

many thanks to everyone who replied to our enquiries about properties, we have been out this week and purchased and hope to have everything completed in a few weeks so looking forward to enjoying our future trips.

one question can anyone tell us what the weather was like last christmas as we are considering coming over this year,

Hi welcome , don't no about the weather at x mas , we were cash buyers and started the buying process about the same time of year and didn't complete and get all the services connected until end of January / February  hope your a bit quicker  Graham

Welcome to Las Terrazas. Hope you both enjoy it as much as we do.

We were out for a week early December last year looking at apartments. Daytime temperatures were generally in the mid teens to low 20s. Night time a lot cooler, probably 8-10. It was sunny most days with partial clouds some days. We didn't have any rain.

I was happy to walk about in a t-shirt most days, but the locals were wearing coats and scarves. Having said that, it won't be sunbathing or swimming pool weather.

I'll echo what Graham said, we transferred all funds and were ready to complete end of January but didn't complete until early March. The utilities weren't connected until April.

Just new to the forum. I am looking to buy a 2 bed apt in Spain and this resort seems to be a nice place. Who would be best to contact in order to view some properties and get details on fees and charges.

Hi john we bought our apartment through la vida ,they were very good .if you search the resort on Murcia today there are several est agents selling on the resort Graham
