Hi All,

HdT have started sending out the questionaire to begin the process of providing purchasers with the option of their choice. A few questions have come in to SARC and I thought it would be helpful to share the replies with you:,

  • You can put both of your names on the one form. If you answer that you donot want a property then it is automatically assumed that you want your money back unless you choose one of the option in question 5. Please note that you can choose to continue with a property with the aim of selling it on to a new buyer and getting all of your deposit back.

  • If you wish to continue with your purchase with the aim of it being sold on & getting all of your deposit back and not completing on the property , I suggest that you tick yes for continue and in question 5 tick other and write  that you wish your property to be sold on to get your deposit back and do not want to complete on the property

  •  I believe the order of the build for the villa's is gonig to be R15 going southwards towards R16 and then R16. They intend to commence the build where the foundations have allready been started

  • Yes , HdT are building the Malva's for any one who was going to buy one and any one who now would like one to be able to do so. I suggest that when you fill in the form you indicate that you wish to move the location and that your properties are Malva's. They are going to build the Malva's in R14.

I hope this is of help

Tony

Reality Check. If you tick a box to complete at SADM with expectation of selling on, you will lose just as much of your deposit if indeed not more than if you tick to have 65% deposit returned in first instance.

The property market is now very different than HDT asking price of five yaers ago which they are still asking for on completion.

Regards

Hi Broph,

Thanking you for pointing out the error of not reading what I posted correctly. When continuing with a purchase with the aim of selling it I said state that you do not  want to complete. Now I thought stating that you did not want to complete was fairly obvious but you have shown it is not. So thank you. One of the purchasers option is to be able to hold on to the property and sell it on and if this does not happen, they revert to a creditor recieving 65%.

 please note

  • The compenstion package will be discused with you at the UK HdT meetings and this questionaire does not affect it. The questionaire is to help them to prepare for the UK meetings and to be prepared to discuss individuals compenstion and options.  There are a lot of people to do this with and this is just the start of the process.  You could put a comment on the questionaire about the affect of the compenstion on your decision

  • You can put both of your names on the one form. If you answer that you donot want a property then it is automatically assumed that you want your money back unless you choose one of the option in question 5. Please note that you can choose to continue with a property with the aim of selling it on to a new buyer and getting all of your deposit back.

Hi All,

The questionaire is not a crafty move by HdT but a sensible way to start the process of dealing with a lot of people who will want to have a varriety of outcomes. They have to start somewhere and the best thing to do is get an indication of what is expected and what is therefore need for individuals at the fothcoming UK meetings.

The date for the UK meeting will be after HdT have resolved the Madrid court issue which they are working very hard on doing. HdT know that they need to have put things in place for SADM prior to meeting purchasers. They have commenced the process and intend to deliver what they said in the UK/ Spian meetings, so please all be patient just a little longer.

Wishing you all the best

Tony

I read the forum these days very very occasionally after taking an alternative property where I can turn a key in the door a year ago precisely this week. But your comments and total support/activity on behalf of these corrupt people made my blood boil.  Tony, why the hell dont they write to their customers directly and PERSONALLY and ask them individually what they want and show some respect  that each and everyone disappointed client deserves.  Why should you, yet again, do the dirty work  for them and give them  any  'indication ' of what the mass want? Each and every customer signed for the property of  their choice... surely they should liaise now DIRECTLY & PERSONALLY  with each purchaser and finally show some well deserved respect for putting money in the Directors  pockets and keeping up the life style they desire.. Sod the purchaser should be this Companies Moto.  Sorry to say Tony but you insult most people's intelligence to suggest that they will fulfil anything without gaining more than the customer.  Stop doing their job and spouting the PR from this Company, or just get a job with them !  You sound like an employee so why not have the salary?

Briando always had a sensible 'balanced' view of this Company.  It's called being realistic after 6 years.

We wish you well Tony,  really  we do.  But folk, stop listening to this rubbish and act.

Martin and Sally

Hola Rason

If there is "much news", perhaps you would be kind enough to share it with us?

Gracias!

Sue

Some may consider it a fair comment, but are there rules for some and different rules for others, as from what I read on here, the 'confidential' hand is used on many a time, by some.
Because Rason says there is good news out there, perhaps he/she has reason for not wanting to display on an open forum, for whatever the reason.
It may be of concern who the information would be put in front of.
I requested information for a specific reason, yet was accused of scare-mongering.
There was a very good reason and still is, why I did not want to mention why the information was required, but some good has come from it.
It may not be what Rason was referring to, but only today I read of news (some would consider good) of how some are getting their money back. Also, depends which side your on, some bad/good news.

The news is not good .  The being of  kindness  has nothing to do with this matter  . I see not  the reason to share with the  people who are blind and accepting  very readily of the lies  .

rason/mtj possibly the same person ?

I like many have been dropped in it by various circumstances and i am sure there are many who stand to loose far more than me.

It is bad enough having to digest the sarc/tony crap that is posted on here so please do not tar us all with the same brush.

If you have some information which may be of some benifit to us then please post it or point us in the right direction to allow us access to same.

Please do not add to the crap which is already being posted.

Thanks in anticipation.

Ken.

If people are of similar opinions it does not mean they are the same person, otherwise are we to assume that any comments in support of the SARC route are written by the same person?
In fact as your comments regarding SARC and my opinion are similar, does that mean we are the same person?
I considered that I had some information which I posted on here and what happened?

Just catching up with this thread, thanks for remembering me Martin/Sally!!!  Hope everything has turned out goood for you so far.

We had a questionnaire also, it co-incided with april fools day..here is San Joses to me...and underneath, mine to them,

It starts with....Question 1

Them  Do you intend to buy a property?    options  yes    no    it depends

Me       Do you intend to build a property?    options  no   no   it depends

(If the answer is no...go directly to question 6.)

Question 6

Them   In the case of not acquiring  property the payment of your credit will be made in a period of 4-5 years.  Would you prefer to change that credit to  either land or other assetts

Me       In the case of me not wanting a property, what new method will you be using not to pay me anything back.  Would you prefer to lie about money, land or some other assetts

Suggestions or comments..............What is the point.........

Brian

I think the point is that if HdT get their building licence and if they get a bank to finance the completion of phase 1, they need enough buyers who wish to continue with their purchase and who will buy a property, which will then enable them to pay back 65% of the deposit to those of us who don't want a property anymore but don't have a bank guarantee!  My understanding is that they are proceeding on the basis that over 900 contracts are live and therefore over 900 properties will be sold, allowing them to pay back money to people who have cancelled their contracts.  If these 900+ people say "actually I don't want a property", then maybe HdT will give up and go into liquidation!

Sue

PS I think the actual number is 966, but don't have time to look it up at the moment.
