Hi All,

The latest SARC update is out & on the newsletter page of the SARC website. There is also a copy of the ruling of the court and there were no challenges to the yes vote. HdT are now out of adminstration, lets not forget the past but learn from it rather than dwelling on it & all move forward together, whether its to get money back or to get a property.

Best wishes to you all.

Tony

Hi

I have copied below the English part of the latest email sent out by HdT, in case other people didn't receive the email.

"29th July 2010

Dear client

I am delighted to advise you that earlier today we received final confirmation from the Court that Herrada del Tollo S.L. are now officially out of Administration.  I am particularly pleased that we are able to confirm this to you before the holidays begin in August.

On our return to work in September we will recommence our negotiations with the various financial institutions, review the availability list of properties at “Santa Ana del Monte, Jumilla Golf” and continue with the process in obtaining the final building licence.  At the same time we will also be following with the Administration process for San José Inversiones y Proyectos Urbanísticos, S.A., as a successful outcome will enable us to offer more options to those clients purchasing through Herrada del Tollo S.L. The deadline when all votes must be submitted to the Court is 30th November 2010.

It is therefore unlikely to be until December 2010 or early 2011 before I revisit the UK to meet with Herrada del Tollo clients to discuss the various options available on an individual basis.
In the meantime please be assured that we will continue to work towards finding the best possible solution and will contact you again when we have further news.
Best wishes

Almudena Rodríguez
Sales Director"

If anybody is in Spain at the moment and fancies a trip over to Jumilla, the August fiestas start this coming weekend.  I have put details about the first few events on my blog: www.spainuncovered.com and will be updating it early next week as there is a lot happening here, especially between 12th and 22nd August.  The infamous Gran Cabalgate del Vino is on Saturday 22nd August, starting at 7pm approx.  A great atmosphere and not to be missed if you fancy getting soaked in red wine!

I agree with Sue, the night they spray the wine in Jumilla is a night not to be miised, we had a great night when we were there a few years ago.

Ok, so HDT are out of administration and I assume they are now back at work !

Does anyone know the next step and timeframes to their proposal or do we have to second guess everything ?

Now that they have what they wanted and have bought themselves a little more time .i would not expect to hear anything anytime soon ,It will be back to the same old same old ! .Purchasers will be the last to know anything and HdT/SJ will do exactly what they please .Sad but true !

Hi All,

SARC have been in contacted with HdT through out the last few weeks .August is a holiday period in Spain and  the staff that work at the office do so for HdT & SJ.  The SJ settlement offer is about to go out to its creditors and they have been busy  dealing with that and also the AGM later this week.

SARC are having a meeting with HdT early in October to discuss time frames etc and will get a report out as soon as possible after the meetings.

Yes it is irritating that nothing happens through out August  but that was expected and I for one chilled out a bit in preparation of resuming the push for our properties and money.

Wishing you all the best & hope that we can all be patient a little longer.

Never mind August Tony !!!!! I think we are all well aware of the timing of the  holiday period in Spain  ! Trouble is nothing ever seems to happen at all !

Why are they not just getting on with it ?  Do they have funding or are they just stalling for time again  !!!! I don't think anyone should hold their breath waiting for anything to happen any time soon .It is begining to look a bit like an epic  cowboy movie  "Six years in the saddle by Major Bumsore "

HdT/SJ really need to get their act together and quickly !!!!!!!!!  Your constant defence of their incompetance is getting a liitle sickening to say the least . JA

JA,

You have had your money back and I really have no time nor inclination to engage with your remarks.

I suggest that as you are no longer involved with HdT or SADM that you get a life outside of the EOS SADM forum, perhaps the el PInet forum .

Wishing every one all the best

Tony
