Strange Enquiry

 Hi,  I recently received an email from a : Miguel Angel Palacias Rey at 'home buyers spain' - saying that he had heard from a 'mutual friend' that we had an apartment for rent.  I asked him whom the 'mutual friend' was but he said he would let me know at a later stage.

He then went on to ask how many bedrooms etc and where could he get the key!  I smelled a rat so discontinued our contact.  

Has anyone had a similar contact or any dealings with this person or the company??  Thanks.

I agree - just discontinue the correspondence  - I too have had "strange" enquiries and the best thing is just ignore them.  We also get any amount of calls from various internet holiday rental companies - so we ignore them too!

The only reason I have answered your comments is because of the numerous calls from friends and customers. I am sufficiently well established in this area and well recognized for the quality of my work and my personal honorability. Do you understand what these words mean, I recommend the Oxford Dictionary in any of it's editions.

I am Miguel Angel Palacios Rey from “HomeBuyerSpain”. You received one email from me requesting information regarding the rental of a property you have in Roda Golf. An email with my full name, all business details, telephone number, web site and you smell a rat! How many people have you asked to rent your property in Roda? Your email was given to me by someone that does not want to be identified. Is this request not worthy of respect. Postings and blogs are a good thing but when abused by people such as yourself it degrades us all and the service they provide. Also it is perfectly legitimate to request your business, and perfectly legitimate for you to ignore it or refuse it.
