From our own point of view we gave our solicitor Eugenio Pedreno Balibrea of M Nostrum Law near the 525 Hotel in Los Alacazes complete power over our affairs, he arranged our N.I.E. numbers, took care of the whole conveyancing procedure (we did not have any contact with the notary) he organised the utilities the direct debits in conjunction with our bank, in fact he has been brilliant.
As for the snagging we did it ourselves, we carried a wad of postits which we stuck on wherever we felt unhappy, mainly cosmetic, paint splashes etc., we advise you check that all windows and doors open and close properly.
