Gesfin Urbana ( Keyholding)

HI

Have recieved  e-mail from Gesfin Urbana offering various property  services has anyone used them for the keyholding and if so would you recommend them and how promt are they respoding to requests IE going to your apartment to let in tradesmen and letting you know if any problem arises with the apartment  ect

Hi Graham,

I do not own a property at Terrazas de la Torre but I have always found Gesfin Urbana to be very good when we have needed access to install air conditioning, once the owner has contacted them with the date they have always confirmed quickly to the owner and to us to confirm the day and time is OK and they have alwasy been there with the keys bang on time, they will also check that we have done all the work and report this back to the owner.

I am not sure about the rest of their services but from a tradesmans point of view they are very efficient.

Has anyone recently completed and used Gesfin Urbana for keyholding reason being I was under the impression this service was free for the first six months but have been in contact with Gesfin and was quoted  100 Euros for the year still not a bad price but with no metion of the six months free. Have sent  a E-Mail to see if this free service is still on offer ? but as yet no reply .

Hi, we completed earlier this month and have got 1 years key holding with GESFIN for 50 EUROS. Usual price is 100 EUROS. Looks like it will prove useful for the 1st year, not sure I'll use it after that.

I purchased on phase one and Polaris provided 6 months free key holding service, worth asking

We completed on Friday and Elena from the snagging department informed us that keyholding would cost 50€ for the first year.

can anyone help me with air con units,who would be the best to go to,thanks

Try Apollo Air who advertise on gere plus forum member Rocketman plus you can find them via Google

He has fitted a number of units in some apartments that I have snagged with no problems and is well known on Polaris
