hi all, good news .i won my court case against manilva costa{first ruling} .they have been ordered pay all funds received ,legal feesand interest.more importantly they or their guarantor have the funds to pay at the moment                                                                 

the process is not cheap but we must fight for justice .good luck

we too are waiting for the judge to make a final decision on a linked villa we purchased on phase 2 of gardens of manilva.

which phase was your property in as the bank are trying to say that only phase 1 has a bank guarantee?

who will be paying your money back the bank or the developer and how long have you to wait for the money?

hi , at the moment the courts have our funds,manilva costa can appeal .they have certain amount of time to lodge it .the important thing is that the judge has condemned both manilva costa and the guarantor[spanish bank] to pay back our funds .we were phase 1 .good luck ranks

I've sent you both a message to see if you can provide some info on the progress you have made regarding getting your initial deposit returned.

I too lost my £50k deposit on the phase 1 apartment and had just about given up all hope here. I'm very impressed that you have made some progress to the extent that Helmsc you actually appear to have got your money back? Could you provide some information that I could use to folluw up my own deposit refund?
