Linked Villas - Do you know anyone who has completed?

The licence of first occupation was granted some time ago now for the linked villas on GOM so I was wondering if any of you know anyone who has completed?  Or perhaps you have completed yourself? 

Although we have other otpions, at the moment it would be useful to know if Manilva Costa are actually generating an income from the site.  My solicitor says the site is inactive and he couldn't see any sign of people having completed.

don't know if anyone has completed but do we know what is going on with developer, he has supposedly been on his knees financially for months now and seems to be trading still??? if that is case, should we not be suing or trying to get funds back from them?

Yes you should be trying to get your money back.

i am speaking to a few lawyers (one of which wants E3000) and says they can freeze assets of developer as he does have assets..........another scam ?? he based it on late delivery and ocean view but manilava costa can claim force majuere i think.

i was called by CAG europe last night - they said they were  trying to get ocean view customers together to do a ' no win no fee' case. anyone heard of them, is it genuine or are they also trying to take advantage?!
