SUPERMARKET OPENING TIMES ?

Hi All - Can anyone let me know what time Consum or Mercadona (either in the square or at San Javier) close at this time of year.  ?I am interested in a Monday as some guests are arriving at 6pm and want to know  if they can get some food shopping when they arrive - Also, what time does the small shop on Roda Golf close ? Hi Cathy,

Mercadona is open Monday to Saturday from 9.15am to 9.15pm

Consum is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9.30pm I guess

And Erosky (Dos Mares) Monday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm

The minimarket in Roda which is in the old temporary clubhouse is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm at the moment and they will be extending their hours from the beginning of April to 9.00 am to 8.00pm from then. They have a stock of all of the essentials and lots more besides and the prices are very reasonable. They have fresh bread daily and you can order meat through the minimarket for next day delivery from the English Butchers. If you have guests out who do not have a car they also offer a delivery service. They also have a good daily newspaper selection and carry a wide range of both Uk and Spanish Magazines.

I hope that this is helpful as it is a wonderful facility to have on site and they need all of our support.

Hi, thanks for your message.  I have used the shop on site quite a few times and I would always encourage guests to do the same. I just needed somewhere that was open late as I have guests arriving on a flight at 6pm. Best regards. Cathy
