Memory foam mattress/Electrician

Can anyone please help with this query, or have you any experience?

We bought 2 new beds, both with memory foam mattresses, but we didn't realise they would get so hot? We thought we were buying a better quality mattress. I can't believe how warm they make you.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Any solutions?

Also, does anyone have any details of electricians for the lighting/spotlights installation in our apartment?

We bought most of our lights from the lighting shop in LA.  They fitted them for a very small cost.  Very reliable, would recommend.

Thank you to those who have replied or sent me a PM.  But no replies regarding memory foam mattress!  We'll just have to roast in bed!

A memory foam mattress is not necessarily a better quality mattress but is just a different type. There are plenty of them on the market at different prices but are all much of a muchness (although the salesman won't say that)

It will be warm as the foam interacts and warms off your body heat - that is what a memory foam mattress does and as the whole mattress depth is memory foam there is a lot of heat retention going on.

Try a matress protector or new mattresses if your struggling.

I have them on my beds and love them to bits
